Appointment Policy
Please call us on 09-623-2651 to schedule appointments. We recommend that you book appointments in advance in order to receive your preferred date and time.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes you have to cancel an appointment. As a service, you will receive a call the day before your scheduled appointment to confirm. You are requested to provide at least 24 hours notification for any cancellation.

For what purpose does Planet Ayurveda require your personal information?

Planet Ayurveda collects and uses personal information about you primarily to supply you with the products you order from it and the information you request. If you subscribe to our mailing list Planet Ayurveda will communicate our regular newsletter topics and also provide you with information about promotions, as well as the products and services of Planet Ayurveda . If you do not wish to remain a subscriber to our mailing list or otherwise receive updates on our products and services, you are able to remove your details from the subscriptions list via our website.

What personal information does Planet Ayurveda collect?

The types of personal information that Planet Ayurveda records will depend on your usage of our site. If you carry out a transaction online or send us an email, Planet Ayurveda will record information that may differ from the information Planet Ayurveda collects if you simply visit our site.

Purchasing a product online

Planet Ayurveda takes reasonable steps to ensure the security of personal information held by it from such risks as loss or unauthorised access, destruction, use, modification or disclosure of data. Planet Ayurveda only permits your details to be accessed by authorised personnel. Planet Ayurveda requires employees and contractors to perform their duties in a manner that is consistent with Planet Ayurveda's legal responsibilities in relation to privacy.

Refund Policy

We review each refund request on an individual basis and endeavour to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.Please be sure to choose carefully as Planet Ayurveda does not refund for incorrect product choices. Any problems or product defects upon receipt of goods must be reported to us within 3 days of receipt.

Any refunds will be reimbursed using the same method used to make payment for the order. Return postage will be reimbursed in the case of damaged, defective or incorrectly sent items (as determined by Planet Ayurveda) and will be credited using the same method used to pay for the order. Since we use a secure payment system, we do require your credit card details to process your refund.
